One of the best free alternatives to the portfolio publishing website "ISSUU" is "YUMPU". I switched from Issuu to Yumpu when I found that Issuu no longer supported the flipbook view of the Magazines/Portfolios. It's just a personal preference to be able to view the published portfolio similar to a flip book or magazine format.

- Hover over your name on any page and go to "My Magazines" which opens the following page
My Magazine - Click on edit pages, which opens the "hotspot editor" of Yumpu
- In the hotspot editor, to your left, you can find various options to
- Create internal or external web links,
- Link to a specific page in a document,
- Embed youtube, Vimeo or Yumpu video,
- Embed Audio File,
- Add a slide show area.
